Week 3: Winning the Morning and Energy Management The Psychology of Early Rising. How does a structured early morning routine (e.g. 4:00) establish the whole day? Conscious charging of physical and mental batteries.
Week 4: Deep Work (Deep Work) Cal Newport's theory. Shallow work (emailing, chat) vs. deep, focused value creation. Complete exclusion of digital noise and multitasking.
II. Block: Time and Task Management (Time & Task Management)
Strategies against procrastination and maintaining focus.
Week 5: Focus and procrastination Psychological reasons for procrastination. Correct application of the Pomodoro technique and maintenance of focused attention in practice. SMART objectives.
Week 6: Prioritization in chaos Separation of urgent and important. Applying the Eisenhower matrix and the Pareto principle (rule 80/20) in the management of everyday tasks.
Week 7: Clean Mind Scheme (GTD Funds) The essence of Getting Things Done methodology. Closure of open loops: recording, clarifying, organizing and implementing without having to keep everything in mind.
Week 8: Calendar Management and Time Blocking Death of the to-do list. Why is Google Calendar our main weapon? Time-blocking is a mastery of structuring daily tasks.
III. Block: Projects, Systems and the Practical Toolkit (Project & System Management)
How do we scale our work instead of over-complicated software with a stable ecosystem?

Week 12: AI delegation and automation Involving Artificial Intelligence (LLMs) in everyday work: routine tasks, drafting, analysis and ‘thinking partner’ functions.
IV. Block: Maintenance and Practical Examination (Execution & Reflection)

Week 13: System maintenance and continuous learning Routine of the Weekly Review. How to incorporate self-development, specific online Udemy courses, or even your own creative projects (e.g. music productions) into the most crowded weeks?
Week 14: The Great Challenge (Issue of Examination) Students are tasked with using the learned methods to plan an optimal 168-hour week in Google Calendar. They have to place the morning awakening, physical training (be it a home kettlebell and dynamometer routine), in-depth work, learning and recreation with a hard time block. The task is to keep the pace strict for the next 7 days.
Week 15: Closure, Evaluation and Reflection Discuss the experience of the "perfect week" experiment. Evaluation of submitted essays: what worked, where the students slipped, and how they can maintain this system in the long term.
